The exhibition project Stille Stars was developed, designed and realised by the Institut für Intergriertes Design and initiated from the WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen. It took place from October 2010 to February 2011 at Wilhelm-Wagenfeld-Haus Bremen.
Stille Stars presents and honors a selection of extraordinary materials which often remain hidden despite of their importance for innovative and everyday products. The exhibition is entirely composed of material opposites such as „light+heavy“, „hot+cold“ or „flexible+strong“.
The exhibits are presented on angular and asymmetrical polhyedra which can be joined togehther to a modular system. A red string is streched above the objects leading the visitor through the entire exhibition. He serves as an information level carying detailed backround knowledge and describtions.
I was working as a freelancer in2010 for this exhibition project.
My work was the conception and realization of the exhibition architecture (shape, computer 3d-files, support of production and setup) as well as the arrangement of the exhibition spaces.
